Vienna was born to Ms. Hendez in Los Angeles, CA, two years after her brother, Carter.
Vienna was sent to Camp at 10.
Now her family has extended to all of the 15, and anyone new is suspicious. No one new is welcome to Vienna. They’re only out to get them.
Vienna has gone with Carter and Bambi to the Johnson Enterprises main building to tell their mothers goodbye and to explain everything that has happened.
She speaks Spanish fluently, and embraces her Mexican culture.
Vienna’s a great fighter, and is often the one to volunteer to patrol the borders when the rest are sleeping. She’s considered the Warrior of the group.
She frequently takes her self-titled “Vienna Time” to just do what she wants. Stray off, explore, think about things that have been eating at her. It’s two hours every day, and no one is allowed to bother her unless it’s dire.

Carter and his sister have always been close. When Vienna was upset, he was her shoulder to cry on, and when Carter had his episodes of rage, Vienna would be there to soothe him the way only a little sister could. Lately, it’s been harder to take on the supportive sister role, much to Vienna’s dismay. She’s maturing in a time that’s supposed to be the best years of her life, instead living it in the desolate ruins of the life she once had. Hardly any contact with her mother, Bambi and Carter practically put on pedestals among the 15, all put on top of regular teenage girl problems -- it’s not a fun affair, especially with Carter breathing over her neck every second of the day. Vienna feels terrible about pushing away Carter’s protective nature, even when she knows they come from a place of love. She just wants to live her life with what little freedom she has now, and as much as she’d hate to admit it, her beloved big brother is making it way too hard.
Ms. Mercado had worked as the nanny for the Johnson family as Carter and Vienna grew up, putting them in close quarters with their daughter, Bambi. The three were practically the only children in the lavish mansion, and their mother’s soon fell in love, making a tight bond form between them all. They were the trio, the ones that ran rampant throughout the Johnson Industries building, the ones who prank called from Ms. Johnson’s landline, and the ones who had sleepovers so they wouldn’t have to sleep alone. Bambi’s the oldest and thus the unofficial ‘leader’ of the group, with Carter as second in command and Vienna as the baby. They did everything together; they went to school together, they found out they were demigods together, and they went to Camp together. Their tight knit little group has stayed the same even as they branched out and found new friends, though it’s been straining since Camp has been destroyed, and new pressures are put upon them.
While Carter is less than approving of her best friend, Vienna and Bailee formed a close bond during Vienna’s first day at Camp when she caught Bailee throwing a hex at another Camper and deemed it as “cool”. They’ve been best friends ever since, and are frequently seen together. They seem to be attached at the hip. One goes where the other goes, one does what the other does, despite various protests. Vienna is grateful for Bailee as she feels it was her friend that guided her into branching out and finding new friends besides Carter and Bambi. Bailee helps her step out of her comfort zone and try new things, and pushes her hen she’s holding back on something. Likewise, Vienna calms Bailee down during her rages and reminds her that while she may not care about her actions, they have consequences and she needs to think about them. It’s a classic story with their own little twist.
