A Merry War

After his dad suffers an injury at work, Stiles decides to take his step-dad up on the offer to co-run his training gym. It’s weird to be back in Beacon Hills after all this time, but one thing is for sure--the Hales are every bit as gorgeous and weird as he remembers. He’d been content to ponder their weirdness from afar, just as he’d done as a kid. But then he meets Peter and he can’t decide if he’d rather climb the man like a tree or strangle him with one of his outrageously expensive neck-ties.

I love the song asks post and couldn't pick between all the cool options, so I used a random number generator to pick three.

So here are my asks: 14, 1, and 11.

14. A song to sing to the sun. This is hard, so I'm going to pick two! I have a playlist called sunshine and serotonin and it's all about sun-themed songs that make me happy (emphasis on the second part; some of the 'sun' connections are vague). "Where the Skies are Blue" by The Lumineers and "Sunshine - Hidden Track" by The All-American Rejects.

A song that reminds you of your childhood. "Breakaway" by Kelly Clarkson! It came out while I was in elementary school (accompanying Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement) and I have strong sense memory of putting it on my first mp3 player (secondhand from my brother) and listening to it on the school bus with my head pressed against the window.

11. A song to stomp around and pout to. I think I have to go to "Welcome to My Life" by Simple Plan! It's definitely my go-to "everything is unfair and life sucks" song.
