everybody hold the fucking phone. i just had a realisation. hatsune miku is indistinguishable from a god
Okay So first off shes a being that doesnt exist on the same plane of existence as we are (she is a vocaloid) but despite that we hold events and celebrations for her (her concerts) with her own distinct method of worship (she is a hologram. and also the sticks)
furthermore, we create idols and effigies of her, in the form of miku figurines, and we create artwork depicting her (fanart), and create shrines of worship for her both in and out of our homes and not ONLY that we also have epithets of her, seeing as each miku is unique, and even the mosy well known version of her undergoes periodic changes (design and voicebank changes)
she's also part of a pantheon (the other vocaloids) and she's even spawned her own, seperate deities (teto, neru, etc) and LAST OF ALL. shes, much like jesus, is based off a real person (voice provider).
