Not truly living in the present moment & later regretting is like closing your eyes when a peacock is dancing, only to want to see it dance again once it's already gone. - Trying another challenging but really fun pose. This one is called #voguesideplank 💖 All I did to get into this pose was position my legs like I would for baby grasshopper pose. Then went down onto my forearm as if I were going to do a forearm side plank. Combine the two poses together and add the bent elbows. And there you have it!
