Voidwalkers and Watchers historically Do Not get along, often getting into territorial squabbles in the End.

Luckily, as they both live in the overworld, that's never been much of an issue for Grian or X. It also helps that they both vehemently refuse their origins.

I have come to yell at you about your fanfiction!

In several of your fics there are references to Voidwalkers being hunted/experimented on. Did the average player know what was happening while this was going on? I know that I personally would be outraged if people started doing something like that. Also, what do people think about Voidwalkers because some people seem to be accepting but you mentioned in one fic that people left when they figured out that X was a Voidwalker so what's going on there?

Voidwalkers getting hunted is actually something that happened a long time ago, X is a pretty old man by average player standards. This was a common thing then for hybrids to be discriminated against and sold to less developed worlds for the players there to try and understand. (Although they are usually cruel, seeing them as their animal counter-part instead of a player)

Voidwalkers, told to the average player today, the story gets jumbled quite a bit. Some stories say that Voidwalkers are violent, they have ablities that could easily unalive anyone! So to make the hunts sound justified, they would say they are protecting their End from this 'viscous' species.

In nature though, Most Voidwalkers aren't violent. They eat fruit and just happened to be void-touched. These days the few you might find are battle scarred and skilled fighters.

Although Xisuma is kind of an odd ball. He loves his home of course! But the bright and colorful overworld fascinated him instead of made him ill. His fighting has always been a little clumsy and in danger he typically has to lean on how much void energy is in his hands alone.

These days Xisuma is probably the only real 'known' surviving Voidwalker but it's a rumor outside of Hermitcraft but the idea of trying to fight against an old Voidwalker like X is enough to scare most attempts at breaking and entering away!
