⋆˖⁺‧₊☽◯☾₊‧⁺˖⋆  ᴡᴀɴᴅᴀ  ʜᴀᴅ  ʙᴇᴇɴ  ɢᴏɴᴇ  ꜰᴏʀ  ᴀᴡʜɪʟᴇ.  her  powers  had  become  increasingly  volatile  since  they  had  flared  during  remy's  near  death  experience  and  she  had  needed  time  to  get  them  back  under  control.  the  sorceress  had  sought  out  stephen  stange  for  aid  and  the  two  had  worked  hard  together  so  that  wanda  could  live  her  life  the  way  she  wanted  to  with  the  man  she  loved.  the  last  thing  wanda  wanted  was  to  put  remy  in  danger  so  her  leaving  for  a  few  months  was  a  necessary  eveil  even  if  it  killed  her  inside  to  be  parted  from  him.

        the  scarlet  witch  finally  felt  like  herself  again  and  she  decided  it  was  time  for  her  to  go  home.  she  had  intended  to  go  to  her  own  house  but  she  had  used  a  portal  to  do  so,  asking  the  magic  to  take  her  home.  the  portal  had  taken  her  to  remy's  home.

        tears  began  to  well  in  her  light  green  hues  as  she  realised  where  she  was  and  it  took  her  a  moment  to  compose  herself.  she  hadn't  expected  to  be  here  yet  and  she  hadn't  prepared  for  their  reuniting  but  her  magic  had  other  ideas.  once  wanda  had  blinked  her  tears  away,  she  took  the  key  she  wore  on  a  piece  of  cord  around  her  neck  and  slit  it  into  the  lock.  she  took  a  deep  breath  before  she  turned  the  key  and  carefully  opened  to  door.

        stepping  into  remy's  home,  wanda  felt  her  emotions  bubbling  in  her  chest  and  she  swallowed  hard  in  an  effort  to  keep  them  from  coming  out  just  yet.  she  heard  the  small  padding  coming  from  several  sets  of  feline  feet  and  she  crouched  down  to  give  each  of  remy's  three  cats  a  gentle  pet  on  the  head.  she  loved  them  like  they  were  her  own  and  it  made  her  smile  that  they  remembered  her.  it  took  her  a  moment  to  find  the  courage  to  call  out.  she  stood  up  slowly,  hoping  that  remy  was  there.  ❝  mi  piramni  (my  love)?  ❞  she  asked  into  the  void,  her  romani  accent  thick  with  emotion.  ❝  remy?  are  you  here?  ❞

The look of confusion on his face was comical; Remy probably assumed that he was just a split personality of his, having no way of taking physical form. Those foolish mortal creatures continued to meddle with forces they didn't understand, but they'd come to learn quickly.

"Look again, boy. Feel that emptiness in your soul? I will say I am beyond pleased by the fact that I no longer have to put on that obnoxious manner of speech of yours."

She chuckled, a low resonant rumble, folding her paws before her much like some great, scale-covered cat. Her brow rose as she eyed him.

"You're a special kind of stupid, aren't you pal? Noir taunts his captor who responds by kicking him forcefully in his stomach. Fuck that hurt. The asshole is wearing heavy, steel toed workboots! Thanks to whatever this asshole injected him with his movements are sluggish, eyes unconfused and repeatedly blinking as he tries to steady himself. It feels like he's stuck in the world's thickest container of molasses.

His captor seems to be under the impression he's a part of the X-Men. He wishes. Backup would be handy right now. Although chances are if this guy is so obsessed with the X-Men that the X-Men have them on their radar as a potential threat. Only time will tell. Until then, he just needs to stay alive. He won't stay alive if his captor thinks he isn't useful. "I'm not telling you shit!"
