Hughie sits and stares for a little while, his heart rate slowing in gentle increments. Perhaps it was foolish of him, but her reaction, her reasons, seemed so genuine, he couldn't help but begin to calm down. "You want to touch me... because I'm squishy?" Slowly, he rises to his feet, struck by a feeling he's not had since adolensce, having to look up at someone while on both feet. "So... you're... an alien?" He blinked. "Wait... What do you mean 'your planet'?"
AN ETHUSIASTIC NOD, “ yes, that's correct. organic beings are all so fragile, but some have at least developed exoskeletons in an attempt to persevere. humans... you have done no such evolution. fascinating, isn't it? ” the matriarch certainly thought so. “ an alien... ” she keeps the word in her mouth a moment, mulling it over. then, again, a nod. “ yes, i believe that is what your species refers to space-faring species as. forgive me, i haven't been on earth in two hundred years. there is so much to catch up on. ” her smile only seems to widen, “ oh, i own it! ”
“ THAT WAS INCREDIBLE! ” starry-eyed is the gem, a bright smile etched into soft features. she approaches @spectracle with great speed, completely disregarding how startling it may look. an eight foot 'woman' barreling towards you, extremely excited, had to be quite a sight. “ you have such amazing stage presence! i have always been so fascinated by music. ” / sc.
CURIOUS IS SHE, a fact that should be evident in the way the gem can not seem to stop staring at @circusblud. “ my stars, that's some get up you're wearing! it's my understanding that humans choose how their forms present. is that correct? i think you chose well, if that is truly the case! ” / sc.

MAGENTA HUES DOWNCAST, taking in the sight of the being before her. “ i quite enjoyed your little thing with the cards, @voleurcinetique. ” despite how her words may come across, pink truly was being genuine. “ have you always been able to do such a thing? it's incredible! ” / sc.
“ SUPERHEROES? ” IS IT evident, just how confused the gem is? she shakes her head, “ i know it has been quite some time since i last visited earth, @soldrboy, but i am not aware of 'superheroes.' human beings are always coming up with such spectacular things, aren' they? ” despite the sense of bafflement that seems to linger, a smile comes quick to fuschia features. “ is that what you are? a superhero? ” / sc.
