CUSCO PERU: Healthcare volunteering.
I returned home about a week ago and I’ve told my family and friends about my unforgettable memories made in Cusco. I enjoyed my experience volunteering in the health clinic and the orphanage and gained a deeper understanding of their culture and health system. This is one of the many faces of Pisco, Peru that captured my heart during a 2 week stay that turned into 6 months of volunteering to help rebuild homes that had fallen during an earthquake in 2007.
