Hi! I needed to stop by and tell you how much I love your writing. I finished Naught So Vile and the relate pieces and now I'm smack in the middle of To Draw New Mischief on and it's SO SAD I can't stand it. Alcoholic PTSD Link is killing me. Your writing is beautiful and I think it takes a lot of skill to give such beloved characters such deep flaws and still keep them understandable. I also saw that you make art as well?? Go you???! If you ever wanna submit to Linktober we'd love to have you.

Naught So Vile is trying to spawn more blupees all the time, but so far we’ve been keeping them contained with post-it’s and outlines. ^__^* I really, really want to get some of the WIPs cleared from my plate!

Mischief is a very different sort of piece than I’ve written before, and much longer than I thought it would be when I started out writing Branches and Fate. I know it’s still hard and sad in places right now - but I promise there is in fact a win condition at the end.

Once I have first check-in for the @ganzine2020 squared away, and my ACFI table planned, I will be able to see whether I’ll have time for Linktober this year. I hope so! I so enjoy ink work, and LoZ was my first fandom ever. Wish me luck!

Omg barrel racing is just. So fun.

the horse i was riding at the time was a former barrel racer turned show jumper. we were trying to get her to be a nice school hunter lol 

she was a blast and half. she took off w/ me once (she this once) and i was trying to bring her back with some circles and was like “oh yeah barrel racer can def feel that” lol

unfortunately, without going into detail, there ended up being lots of Barn Drama and indirectly related to her and they gave her away :( 

i haven’t ridden consistently since then (it’s actually been almost a year since i’ve even been on a horse lol)

Desert sand is VERY VERY different and its course and rough and irritating. Signed, a southwestern desert resident.

i think the desert is trying to tell you to move somewhere with a nice beach where the sand is soft and pleasant and what dreams are made of

One of my favorite HCs is Link's mutism being a side effect of the trauma he's endured as a hero. Bearing the Triforce is an enormous weight. As someone with PTSD, it helps me to see myself in a character who is also courageous, kind, and friendly.

Ahhhhhhh!!!! That's so tragically sad!!!!!! Yet, so beautiful!!!

I love how media can help us through our own trauma. I've actually considered just going selectively mute (or taking a vow of silence) because I just don't want to talk anymore. It's too exhausting.

Vibes: Probably a little more enthusiastic than people are expecting. Pragmatic and a little bookish. Trustworthy. Layered.

Pretty much. Definitely more alive when I know people, though for enthusiasm it’s usually more around the subject. But stick me in a group of strangers and I’m basically just hiding an internal meltdown.

Less bookish than I used to be for reasons, but yeah. Bookish.
