Tokyo Marathon 2016

The first world major marathon for the year of 2016 has just been kicked off as last Sunday thousands of runners flooded the city of Tokyo. You can see runners from Elites with tanks to clowns and anime character running around the city. Tokyo marathon is the most organised race in the world, well its Japan anyway! The vibes was great, i never seen a race like this before. You can hear “Ganbate” in almost each miles, the people who watched the race is very supportive, some of them even provide hot tea and mochi to ease up the runners pain. Running crew such as AFE Tokyo, Run dem crew, Running Rage, PRRC, and other crew from around the world also cheer at mark 35km for their family who run the marathon! everyone was seem to have a good run here in Tokyo, they run on their own pace together with a big pack. By far we concluded that Tokyo marathon is the best race we’ve been featuring for our blog. Congratulations for all runners finishing the 2016 Tokyo marathon!

BTS 100 Ultra 2014 (70K) that race is a spiritual journey. running through sandy bromo mountain, enjoying sunrise at ranu kumbolo, sliding down at tanjakan pipa, and not forget to mention ascending B29 as appetizer of the race. I took this quote from someone, "if you want to run, run a mile. if you want to experience a different life, run a marathon. if you want to talk to god, run an ultra" somewhere in the middle of the race you find yourself and you will understand running is more spiritual than it looks, more the inside your mind than the outside, running (an ultra) is a moving meditation.
