5 and 8 👀
Hooray for being asked things!
5. what made you start your blog? So way back in the day I started my blog as a space for my writing. I was taking a creative nonfiction class for college, and had dreams of running a pure writing focused blog while looking at fun fandom stuff. However, I realized what I really wanted to do was share and engage with all the cool fandom things I was seeing, and a writing blog with allusions of pretention was not who I was as a person, so I remade it into the chaos you see today.
8. any reacquiring dreams? I'm going to go out on a limb and assume this was supposed to reoccurring dreams, and will answer it as such. And...sort of? I used to have a few reoccurring dreams, but now I have strange evolutionary dreams, and a lot of reoccurring places. Like, for example, I had a dream about hearing someone cry from inside a house/mansion, so I snuck in and had to explore around and found there was a little girl trapped inside. We played hide and seek, or something, and then the dream moved on or I woke up. But I kept coming back to the house, only things would change each time, from the layout to what we were trying to accomplish, but I would always remember some aspects of it. For example, if in a dream I got caught (never sure what or who was catching me, and it wasn't scary even if I knew I didn't want it to happen) in one area I knew not to hide there again. Finally, there was a dream where there were a bunch of people waiting for us outside the house, and there was the whole weird ceremony thing, and since then I've never dreamt about the girl in the house. Even though I'd like to sometimes, because the dreams were kind of fun, and the girl was nice. Or, like, I have zombie apocalypse dreams where the zombies evolve each time, or there was a haunted house I was living at and every time I went back the house decayed more and more until now when I see it in my dreams it's almost completely fallen apart. There was a serial killer who would show in my dreams that went forever without getting caught, so I'd be having a completely unrelated dream but then we'd find a dead body or something and try to catch him. Eventually he was caught, turned into a worm, and is now sealed by magic in a dollhouse buried underground, but we have to be careful because someone might dig him up accidentally.
Basically, I have incredibly strange and wild ass dreams that are startlingly vivid. And they stick with me a lot of time too. There are some I remember from early childhood. It's pretty cool, I think, but maybe also is part of why I have chronic fatigue.
Thank you so again for asking me things. I do so love to ramble.
Here is the link in case anyone wishes to ask me even MORE things!
