Octonic VR 2.0 is live! For the first time in the VR and fitness history, Octonic supports 40 top treadmill brands allowing for full wireless control over the physical treadmill from VR. On top of this, through our longstanding partnership with NoblePro (@gonoblepro) we have created the first ever VR treadmill replicas of their Elite line of treadmill models so when you reach out to your virtual treadmill, you will touch your physical treadmill, which will be precisely aligned with the virtual one. The same goes for the physical and virtual treadmill belts which are moving in complete synchronicity! From day one we went with an innovative 100% hand tracked UI-UX interaction approach (swap, point, and click with your hand like in real life without a need for controllers). However, the community spoke and we listened closely. Some of our users prefer to use their controllers and now have the ability to choose between controllers and hand gestures to navigate all the menus. We have expanded on our list of worlds with Sky Island, our most beautiful natural world to date, and Sprintblaster, our first shot at a treadmill run and gun genre, which gamers among our customers desired so much. Moving forward, Octonic’s team will regularly release new worlds, adding endless variety to workouts. So what are you waiting for?
