Lowblood ancestor rambling.
(Alternia) Khaira doesn’t have an ancestor because technically she’s not real. Whoops.
(Alternia) Alecii’s ancestor, Eltera Veddan, the Preacher before capture, the Nameless after. She led a huge rebellion to try and overthrow His Imperious Malignancy with her mate by her side, but was betrayed in a large battle by her ex-kismesis, the Discreet, and captured after watching her mate be killed slowly in front of her, before being subjected to helmsman training and broken.
As a helmsman, her powers allowed her to tap into the ships controls, and she slowly regained her mind. The captain realized this however, and to keep her sated, knowing her past, decided to make a deal with her, claiming that they were going to a new uninhabited planet, saying that she could set the rules for the trolls that would come there to align with her utopian ideals. He however kept saying they ‘weren't there quite yet’ and Eltera grew impatient, and when she accessed the route they were taking in the ship’s database, discovered that they were a patrol ship just circling a galaxy. She overtook the controls and started flying the ship back to Alternia, crashing landing violently and almost killing everyone on the ship, with only a few survivors, including her and the captain. She escaped from the bindings and murdered the captain, but was caught quickly and resubmitted for helmsman training.
The process began again, being put back into a ship and regaining her mind, but instead of trying to strike any more deals, she ended up killing herself by transferring all her thoughts and processes into the ships main database, her body just having enough ‘life’ in it to keep acting like a battery for the ship. She gave every captain a chance to be a decent person, but ended up killing them (by turning the heat to unbearable levels, opening a hatch to the outside, dumping all the supplies into space, etc). The ship became a ghost ship, which was only used in absolute emergencies, but even that ceased.
Eventually, Eltera and her ship were locked inside a hangar on Alternia, where she still is to this day, still in working condition, however very unstable mentally after very little interaction with any trolls and being horribly disillusioned about the state of the universe.
(Beforus) Eltera’s ancestor, Elicia Veddan, as a mutant on Beforus, was overly coddled and looked after by a highblood, as seems to be their ‘culture’. She became very accustomed to this cushy way of life, and became mates with her caretaker. She never discovered her powers, though she did enjoy working with computers and fixing them, and lived a short peaceful, though unfulfilled life.
(Alternia) Ryisee’s ancestor, Rilsin Sefirn, was a member of the Preacher’s rebellion, and a close friend of her, and one of the few survivors after the final battle. He attempted to break her out of helmsman training a couple of times, but failed, only avoiding capture himself by the skin of his teeth. He instead went on to form a small group of assassins who targeted military generals and subjugglator leaders, however, due to his short lifespan, he wasn't able to continue his work for long. His group of assassins became a gang of thugs without his guidance, and Rilsin’s original intention was lost. The gang was wiped out a few sweeps later.
(Alternia) Vrikam’s ancestor, Vrilia Aloral, the Guardian, was one of two advisers to His Imperious Malignancy. She had unrequited red feelings for him since she met him as a teenager, and lived the rest of her life purely to serve him. She was skilled in magic, and was egotistical and rude to everyone but him, seeing herself as superior. She used her magic to extend her lifespan, but eventually died as her body deteriorated.
(Alternia) Hereja’s ancestor, Kytera Thoiri, the Cultist, was a orphan from a young age, taken in by a merciful, but extremely old, member of the Dark Carnival, who raised her as an indigoblood and subjugglator. They taught her how to raise the dead as her slaves, and Kytera picked it up very quickly. Eventually, her mentor died, though carried on accompanying her as a ghost, and Kytera destroyed her body on her instruction. Kytera went on to teach other subjugglators necromancy, and formed a special division in the carnival she was part of. She was however exposed as a yellowblood sweeps later, and, in order to avoid her body being used as a weapon, blew herself up using a bazooka, therefore destroying her body.
(Alternia) Alizth's ancestor, Recali Theyma, lived an average but short life. She fell in love young, but ended up parting from her mate sweeps later, feeling as if she hadn’t lived her life well due to wanting to settle down with her first mate. She was killed in the mass-culling of lime-bloods.
(Alternia) Nialay’s ancestor, Keiila Biskot, was a travelling moirail-for-hire. She’d calm down anyone that wished for it, and try and help people sort out their personal issues. Due to her connections, she was protected by a group of highbloods from the mass-culling. However, with the sudden lack of limebloods, her work load increased. The overuse of her powers sent her insane, draining her of any calm. She ended up killing three highbloods before she was restrained, and publicly executed as an example of why protecting any remaining limebloods was wrong.
(Alternia) Pikkue’s ancestor, Alynna Domtil, was an archaeologist, always fascinated with finding ancient ruins. She died on her third major expedition along with the rest of her party by falling into a spike pit, only to wake up as a rainbow drinker a few weeks later as someone fell into the same trap she did. Driven by bloodlust, she drained the stranger as they died impaled on the spikes. She eventually managed to escape perigees later, surviving off instinct along, tired and confused. She attempted to return to normal society, making herself ill by forcing herself to eat normal troll food. She hated having to survive off blood, but kept going into a frenzied state since she kept starving herself. She eventually took herself out, unable to deal with the consequences of her existence.
