started Sword Art Online tonight ~ i put it off because the character designs weren’t flashy enough (from what i saw). i’m happy that i saved it but a little sheepish because it’s oh so beautiful! i’m excited to get into a slightly longer story that still features high quality animation and really cute girls. the ‘boutique’ style 12 ep shows can be so heartbreaking with how short they are, especially when they leave massive cliffhangers. like haganai or urara meirochou - i want SO MUCH MORE but I'll never get it :’(
