"Great!" Rudy cackled. Sure, he didn't mean to sound so aggressive catching Susie's attention if he knew she wasn't going to leave the room -- Heaven knows he didn't want to end up chasing her down just for movie recommendations while hobbling on his cane!

Unbeknownst to neither how he was perceived by Susie nor the fate that befell Noelle's homework in the hands (err, mouth) of her crush, Rudy continued in his usual jolly inflections.

"Did they took ya to see that double feature everyone's talkin' about?" He leaned forward, shifting his body weight onto his cane. "'Bobbyhammer' or somethin'? It any good?"

Kris had been joking with the box comment. There was no way Kris the “master prankster” would suggest something that bland for a spooky costume. They already had an idea on what they intended on being. But, for Susie one idea stood out over the others. Kris did some pacing seeming to be in thought before banging their fist onto the palm of their other hand dramatically. 

“What about Bamzer from Super Smashing Fighters? That big spiky turtle that grows big and crushes everything. You fit that motif! Bad guy, smashes stuff, spikes, its perfect!”

Kris smiled, feeling proud of themselves for suggesting it.

“I can ask mom to help me make it. She would love to help,”

An absolutely foul sound escapes their lips as Susie steals the fry. It's the moan of a zombie, a hateful revenant that's awoke to seek vengeance. It was their fry. And she just took it? They look so hurt.
