can i peer pressure u into posting about ur little guys❔
You can certainly try!
For the uninitiated, I have three little vampire guys and you're about to fucking hear about themmmm
Charlie is my first ever little guy and he's a hacker Nosferatu that's so skinny he goes womp womp womp like a thin sheet of metal if you shake him. [smacks his bald little head] this bad boy can fit so much anxiety. He has an identical twin brother who is no longer identical because of something something Nosferatu curse. He was so anxious he made ME anxious. Real chihuahua looking fella. But no one can see him anyway and he doesn't go out much so his Gender is whatever hand-me-downs he can snatch from the drag club he lives under
Misha [x] [x] is my second guy. Fat. Russian. Bear. Gangrel. He's a party bro. Kind of frat boy energy, but also Kenough. Doesn't realise he's in a relationship half the time. Ate a prince once.
Heleen is my current active PC. Realtor (derogatory). I hate her, she's the worst
Lmao I already forgor I did this so I was real confused for a bit but!
I uh... I think it speaks for itself... Misha grew up a communist and capitalism sucks. He would ABSOLUTELY encourage people to just steal from big corporations. Also the song is just fun and danceable and absolutely his vibe
Send me a 📻 and an OC and I'll give you a song that's on their playlist and explain why!
Hi Ros! I wasn't sure if you meant pick a character so naturally I chose to do your questions for all three of them :') Here goes!
Charlie:
35. How does your character behave around people they like?
I answered that one already! You can find that answer here!
36. How does your character behave around people they dislike?
If at all possible he’ll try to get away, but he knows that he can’t always run from people who terrify him (when you’re summoned by the Prince of her Sheriff, you go. You don’t get a choice), but his throat would be dry and he’d have difficulty putting his thoughts straight when the anxiety alarm bells are blaring in his ears. (And sometimes one just needs to have a panic attack and flee to the most famous church tower in the area and hide amongst the scaffolding.)
Archimedes:
35. How does your character behave around people they like?
It’s hard to tell whether Archimedes likes someone or not, though he will be a bit more talkative around people he likes. If he tries to engage with someone in conversation, especially playful discussions, that’s how you tell he likes you or not.
36. How does your character behave around people they dislike?
Passive aggressiveness and spite. He’ll try to make himself as much of a nuisance to them as he can without calling attention to himself.
Misha
This certified bastard is my new Gangrel OC for the Venlo by Night mini-Chronicle! He was born in Russia in 1942, embraced in Germany in 1968, and has spent the last 55 years in torpor!
35. How does your character behave around people they like?
Misha is very big on physical touch and words of affirmation, so those people he likes will notice as he will become the biggest hype-man you have ever seen. Also smiles, he’ll smile a lot. “Comrades! Another round!”
36. How does your character behave around people they dislike? He’ll become very quiet and glower and stand there, menacingly.
New year's resolution: talk more about my funny guys living in my brain!
Misha actually celebrates Christmas on the 7th of January because he was raised Russian orthodox. Christmas on December 25th is a new concept that he doesn't quite understand, because it why on earth are we eating turkey during lent?
Hello my Love my Angle thank you for asking about your new favourite wet dog of a man!
1. Does your character have siblings or family members in their age group? Which one are they closest with?
He had one younger sister he was very close to and practically raised since he was six years old. They were almost inseparable right up to the point when Misha was drafted into the army. Asya begged him not to go but it wasn’t like he could do much about it, and that was the last time they saw each other. When he was embraced Misha knew he could never go back home and so he didn’t. It was only by chance that he found out that, after the iron curtain fell, Asya had emigrated to the Netherlands and was in a care home in Maastricht. He hasn’t sought her out yet (he knows better than that), but just knowing where she is makes his heart ache with memories of her.
2. What is/was your character’s relationship with their mother like?
Misha had a pretty decent relationship with his mum, all things considered. He helped her around the house and babysat Asya when he was younger so his mother could go to work multiple jobs to try and provide for them, but they struggled all throughout the 50s and 60s.
3. What is/was your character’s relationship with their father like?
Pretty much non-existent. Misha’s father was never the same after he came back from the war, and he died when Misha was six (see? There’s a theme here!).
4. Has your character ever witnessed something that fundamentally changed them? If so, does anyone else know?
Other than catching a vampire eating its latest victim’s organs while that victim was still alive which led to his subsequent embrace because he resisted so strongly the vampire in question saw value in him? Obviously. I mean, this man was stationed in East Germany during the cold war. He had a Time. I don’t think any of his current coterie realises this though
5. On an average day, what can be found in your character’s pockets?
An old, crumpled photograph of him, his sister and his mum making silly faces at the camera that is so faded you can barely see what it is a picture of, much less make out the faces. The old-fashioned Nokia his coterie makes him carry around so they can reach him (he refuses to get a smartphone), and probably breath mints. What can I say, he likes peppermint.
39. Has your character ever been bitten by an animal? How were they affected (or unaffected)?
Other than his sire? Yes. He was once bitten by a dog that tore his left arm to shreds way back when he was still alive and he still carries the scars, and it made him afraid of dogs for a while. Now he enjoys the irony; his teeth are sharper than any dog’s could ever be.
