“Oh my God. You’re in love with her.” Kirishima laughed, “You guys literally act like a married couple.” Kirishima was currently looking through Bakugou’s phone, it had rang out during lunch. They were deep in conversation about training when your texts on Bakugou’s phone interrupted their discussion. They both had looked down at the phone and then at each other, both darted their hands towards the phone, Kirishima grabbing it before Bakugou could. Bakugou’s face was everything but content.
“Give. It. Back.” He looked like he was about to blow up the cafeteria.
“Not a chance.” Kirishima retorted, scrolling through the text messages you and Bakugou shared. Kirishima would occasionally chuckle and blush down at the phone while Bakugou could do nothing but watch, not wanting to draw attention.
Kirishima turned to his friend, “You two are always texting each other, disappearing at the same time when we all hang out, and you guys always try to team up together. You really like her don’t you?”
“Stop. Talking.” Bakugou breathed out, clutching the side of the table.
The teen placed his hand on his friends shoulder, “Have you told her how you feel?”
“Wouldn’t matter.” Bakugou answered.
Kirishima smiled, “I can talk to her for you!” Before Bakugou could protest, his friend was already on his way to your table. Bakugou sighed thinking how bad of a punishment he would get if he really blew up the place.
When Kirishima came into your view, all the girls at your table had stopped talking. “What are you doing?” Mina was the first one to speak up.
“I came to speak with Y/N,” Kirishima said, “In private.”
You gave him a confused look and then looked at your friends, they gave you a nod, you slid out of your seat, following Kirishima. You both had stopped in the hallway, near the entrance of the cafeteria. “So,” You started, “What do you need?”
Kirishima scratched the back of his neck, “I saw you texted Bakugou during lunch.”
Your face grew hot, why would Bakugou show Kirishima your private messages? You didn’t respond, you didn’t know if it was from anger or embarrassment, but you wanted to give your friend a chance to explain himself.
“I think he likes you,” He confessed, “I asked him about it and he didn’t deny it.” You felt like you were going to throw up. “I think he’s too scared to say anything so that’s why I’m here.” He smiled.
You couldn’t think of anything to say, obviously shocked from the sudden confession. “Well, do you like him back?” Kirishima had asked you.
You gave Kirishima a dazed look as you saw Bakugou come up behind him, you stayed silent as he put his hand on his friends shoulder, leaning in, “I suggest you get out of here shitty hair before I blow you up.”
Kirishima gave an awkward chuckle, “I was just trying to be your wingman dude!”
“Well I don’t need one!” Bakugou barked back. He pushed Kirishima back into the cafeteria, getting him away from you two.
Bakugou grabbed your hand and lead you down the hallway, “That was close.” You laughed.
“Yeah, next time don’t text me during school.” He demanded.
You glared at your boyfriend, “Okay well, next time don’t make our relationship so fucking obvious.”
