NON GYM WORKOUTS
I’m not a fan of excuses, ESPECIALLY when it comes to eating healthy and being active. My passion for health and fitness started when I was around 17 or 18, still living with my parents (no rent hollllaaa) pretending I was broke but really just spent all my money on who knows what. But regardless, I was busy and broke and learned how to eat healthy for CHEAP. I also figured out how to work out even though I couldn’t always afford the gym or because I simply just didn’t want to drive to the gym haha.
Heres a few staple things you can look for and do when you don’t have access to a gym, don’t want to leave the house, or just don’t want to do laundry to put on a decently cute workout outfit, and would rather do it in your matching pajamas, or nothing. Whatever.
(If you don’t think you know what something is, just YouTube it. You can find anything on there)

AT THE PARK
- See some stairs? Run up and down them for 20 minutes, HAVE A BLAST
- Use the bars for pull ups
- Find a bench for step ups and box jumps
- Use the back of the bench for incline push ups
- You can also use the bench for triceps dips
- Get your heart rate up by standing in front of the bench and quickly tap it with alternating toes.
- Find space for burpees
- Find a kid and hold them while you do squats
- Get in your cardio by running away from their nanny
- Just kidding, don’t do either one of those.
- Set up 2 distances that you’ll sprint to and from X amount of times. Challenge Yourself!!
Have fun. Make it happen!!
Until next time,
Chelsey Rose
