BB: Bad Burgers or Burger Bureau?

First of all - If you would like to laugh your heart out, please visit their FB page where burger names such as “Lamburger-ini” , “Al Mohama al E6aleyah”, “Al Moshekla el Mozdawajah” are all over the menu.

This should've been an indicator for me to not order, but my curiosity led to disappointment.

Their menu consists of burgers, sandwiches, “chips” fries, curly fries and other fried stuff.

I went for the Classic Burger. The burger was tough and the bun lacked flavor. It was like biting into a cafeteria-standard burger.

I swallowed my pride and tried their BLT sandwich. The toast was huge and bacon undercooked. Overall a huge disappointment..

But if you're in the mood for a good laugh, look at their creative names of Burgers. As for what we thought of the burger: the picture says it all.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich @ Charley's

I am a big fan of sandwiches in general, they are convenient, fast, and they satisfy your hunger. That’s why I am always on the hunt for a good sandwich, whatever kind it may be!

I was introduced by a dear friend to this joint in wahda mall called Charley’s Grilled Subs, ordered in and I was really impressed. There are a variety of sandwiches ( w/ turkey,chicken etc) but what I liked and would order again was the Philly cheese steak, it was great! Caramelized onions, generous amount of meat and cheese! It was just right, but the fun doesn’t not end there, you can order different toppings - and of course you can never go wrong with bacon !!!

Ranch and extra cheese are available and the good thing is that they come in separate mini plastic containers, so you can moderate the amount you need on your sandwich. The sides are as good - gourmet fries with cheese/ranch/bacon.

My personal favorite was ranch + bacon fries.
