That was more a general comment, in regards to meta, so I don't have links to specific posts. You can find a lot of meta under its tag, though :)
And Bryan talks about a lot of things that go into specific scenes when he live tweets the episodes, so definitely check out his twitter, and his replies to other fans, which often add further insights. There's also all of the S1 scripts available now -- I haven't read through them all yet myself, but I know other fans found interesting direction notes in there. (that was more my point about things probably being written during pre-production, not just happening by chance, or an actors choice, on set.)
