This week my morning routine was a bit of a struggle. I don’t really know why. Maybe it’s stress, maybe it’s pre-race jitters, maybe it’s the cooler damp weather? I can’t quite put my finger on it. 🤔 . The good news though, I got up, showed up, and did it. I felt better after every workout and every run. I knew I would, I just had to pump myself up for it. I just know that had I not been able to workout at home I would not have gotten it done. The last thing I wanted was to get bundled up, go warm up the jeep and drive to the gym in the pouring rain. 🚙 . Having access to over 1000 workout programs gives me freedom over my time. I wake up and immediately put my exercise clothes, have a little pre-workout shake, then sit there in the silence of the morning under a blanket for 10-15 minutes of meditation time (just enough time for my pre-workout to kick in). Then, press play on a workout!!! Doesn’t that sound much nicer than braving the wet weather? ☔️ . Are you ready to get your workouts done on YOUR time?
