A true fitness & health professional should always work WITH you! This means, keeping in mind, 🔸 your lifestyle 🔸 your preferences 🔸 your beliefs 🔸 your ability to adhere to a plan 🔸 your mental health 🔸 your physical health And always being open to dialogue and discussion! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A good professional will set you up for success and be honest with you even if this means saying something you don't want to hear. "I think we should focus on improving your relationship with food instead of counting calories and only focusing on weight loss." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A good coach will never make you feel bad for saying something isn't working! Expecting one plan & approach to work for everyone is ignorant. Sure, it would be easier if all of my clients did exactly the same thing. But that isn't the case.
