Finally starting to get our bedroom put together and I gotta say it feels pretty good. I knew going into buying our own version of a fixer upper was going to be a process and was excited for the challenge because I love a good project, especially if it involves design, style & decor. I can also say that I’m definitely learning some new skills like patience...remodeling is not a quick process especially while juggling our businesses. That being said it’s all about those small victories, am I right??? Like seeing one room start to come together and become the vision. Also I’ve been keeping our @ilovelinen bedding stashed away so that we could fully enjoy it in our new place. I’m in love. Still need a few more pieces to complete this room like maybe some curtains and the perfect dresser and night stand but I’m happy with where we’re at. Oh and yes, I have throws everywhere because although my dogs have beds in every room they still prefer our bed and let’s be honest, they run this place🙈 ps. swipe to see the transition...we’ve come a long way! #walkerremodel . . . . . . . . . . . . #currentdesignsituation #hometour #cornersofmyhome #hiddenpotential #islandhome #mydesignstory #mystylednest #featherandskull #homesweethome #womenwhodesign #homedesign #fixerupperstyle (at Camano Island, Washington) https://www.instagram.com/p/B7ob5OVJmZT/?igshid=yju51hp6z312
