Walking Sounds
One evening, when Marg and I were watching Game Of Thrones (the episode in which Tyrian defends Castle Rock from a siege), I casually remarked, "Wouldn't it be awesome if you could walk around sounding like you were wearing chain mail?" Then I realized, "Wait a minute, we can create an iPhone app that does that!"
So, as a Halloween gift, and as a way for us to test the App Store submission process, my Blitztream team designed and built The Walking Sounds in about 2 weeks. Start it up, choose a sound, turn-up the volume, put the device in your pocket, and walk around. Apparently, it's been a pretty big hit with kids - if you install it, be prepared to relinquish your iPhone or iPod Touch to them for a while.
