As a Christian, living the way Jesus wants, we need to be wise about how we live. In verse 6 says "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one." Taught us to live on the principles of integrity, honest, sincere, kind, love, cheerful... To walk with wisdom with everyone also towards those unbelievers. To show them a good example of how to live a Christian life with self-control, with temperance. . . In 1 Peter 3:5-6 also reminds us to "Always be prepared to answer everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.        Lord, Help us to Watch the Company that we Keep. Surround us with those who would rather Seek you than Occupy themselves with Foolish Pursuits. Show us how to Live according to Your Word. Instruct us so that we may Gain Wisdom. Keep us from those who would Desire to Lead us Astray. Lead us away from Fools. Protect us, Lord, from Harm. Amen
