It's been a while since Steve participated in a good old fashioned snowball fight. Despite is large physique, he is pretty agile and hard to hit. So when a shot is landed dead on him, he laughs. He sees the retreating footsteps and knows exactly who managed it. "Nice shot, Parker!" He's eyeing up his surroundings as he starts to make a new snowball. Trying to determine if he can get a retaliation hit on him.
