This easy walnut crusted salmon recipe is a delicious way to enjoy a healthy seafood meal. The crunchy walnut crust adds a wonderful texture and flavor to the tender salmon fillets.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1 cup chopped walnuts. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped walnuts, Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the walnut mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the walnut crust is golden brown. Serve the walnut crusted salmon hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
