These raw chocolate walnut fudge brownies are a decadent and healthy treat. Made with simple ingredients and requiring no baking, they're perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth guilt-free.
Ingredients: 1 cup walnuts. 1 cup pitted dates. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. Pinch of salt. 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips optional, for extra richness.
Instructions: In a food processor, pulse walnuts until finely ground. Add pitted dates, cacao powder, and salt to the food processor. Process until mixture becomes sticky and holds together. If desired, mix in vegan chocolate chips for added richness. Press mixture into a lined baking dish or mold, smoothing out the top with a spatula. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 1 hour. Once set, remove from refrigerator and cut into squares. Enjoy!
