Indulge in the creamy and rich flavors of Nutella with this easy-to-make Nutella Fudge recipe. It's the perfect treat for Nutella lovers!
Ingredients: 2 cups of Nutella. 1 can 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk. 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup of unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking dish, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off. Put the Nutella, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and unsalted butter in a medium-sized saucepan. Mix them together over low heat. Keep stirring the ingredients together until they are all melted and well mixed. That's how long it should take. Take the pan off the heat and add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix until it's smooth. Put the Nutella fudge mix into the baking dish that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two to three hours, or until it sets and is firm. Use the extra pieces of parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the baking dish after it has set. Cut it into small squares or bars by putting it on a cutting board. Serve your tasty Nutella Fudge and enjoy it!
