With a special sauce that gives it a unique taste, the Chelsea Grill Burger is a classic and tasty burger recipe. Any day of the week, it's a great way to fill up.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Put the ground beef, diced onions, and diced pickles in a bowl and mix them together. Add pepper and salt to taste. Make four burger patties out of the beef mixture that are all the same size. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. During the last minute of cooking, put a lid on top of each burger patty and add a slice of cheddar cheese. This will melt the cheese. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are just barely brown while the burgers are cooking. Put the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl and mix them together to make a unique sauce. Take the burgers off the grill or pan when they're done and let them rest for one minute. Spread the secret sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the Chelsea Grill Burger together. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, then a burger patty with cheddar cheese that has melted on top of that. Put slices of tomato on top of the burger, and then put the top half of the bun on top of that. Add your favorite sides to your Chelsea Grill Burger and enjoy!
