With crunchy walnuts and creamy Gorgonzola cheese inside, these beef sliders are a tasty take on the classic burger. Great for a backyard barbecue or a snack on game day!
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Slider buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices. Mayonnaise. Ketchup. Mustard.
Instructions: Put the ground beef, chopped walnuts, and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese in a bowl and mix them together. If you want, you can add salt and pepper to taste. Well mix the ingredients so they are spread out evenly. Cut the beef mixture into small pieces and shape them into patties about the size of sliders. Set your grill or skillet on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Brush with oil to keep things from sticking. The beef sliders should be cooked for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Make the slider buns a little toasty on the grill or in a toaster while the sliders are cooking. To make the sliders, put a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun and then a beef patty on top of it. Goat cheese, tomato slices, and red onion slices should be put on top of the patties. Spread mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup on the top halves of the buns and place them on top of the sliders that have been put together. If you need to, use a toothpick to hold each slider in place. Enjoy while it's hot with your favorite sides.
