hello! I really hope you've been doing well. there's no rush or need to do this, but would it be okay to request some headcanons for shinichiro and inui and a socially anxious reader? For example, in a situation where they had to spend some time with people other than their s/o, maybe said people barge in unannounced in their shop but reader had to stay around until their s/o were done talking, so it clearly made them upset/nervous later on. ∞ You having social anxiety is nothing new to Shinichiro, but that doesn't always mean that he's the best at helping you with it
∞ While Shinichiro is working, you decide to go and bring him a lunch. But what you didn't realize was that some of his buddies were meeting up with him about 2 minutes after you would arrive
∞ The moment you lean in to kiss your boyfriend, you hear the door open and your heart drops
∞ You plan to make your escape and just casually wave bye before heading out, but the feeling of Shinichiro's arm around your waist stops you.
∞ You turn you head to him, giving him a worried look. You really just wanted to leave.
∞ But Shinichiro wanted to talk to you about something before you left so he had you stay there with him. Right next to him.
∞ It helped with his thumb tracing circles into your hip, but it wasn't enough to stop the chewing on the inside of your lip. Five minutes feels like eternity while you wait for them to be done talking about what they need to and leave
∞ "Shinichiro!" You cried out to him. He knows you don't particularly like to be around his friends but he still kept you there.
∞ His face was soft and apologetic as he looked into your eyes and took your cheek in his hand
∞ "I'm sorry. I just didn't want you to leave without giving you a proper kiss. And telling you something.."
∞ Your annoyance washed away for a moment while his lips pressed against yours and you leaned into him. Kissing him lovingly.
∞ "I love you." he whispers as he pulls away. That's it. That's what he wanted to tell you. "I'll make it up to you later. I promise."
∞ With a sigh, you couldn't be mad at him anymore. He did always make it up to you in the end. Giving you so much attention later that night that you felt like royalty.

∞ You have social anxiety? Well really so does Inui. So really there isn't much that he does to put you in a position that would make you uncomfortable
∞ However it's not to say that people don't show up unannounced. Which is exactly what happened this time around
∞ You and Inui were home. It was a day he wasn't working and he could spend all of it with you. But there was a knock on the door, and being the kind of person he is, he can't just ignore it if he's actually home
∞ With a playful pout on your lips that he was answering the door, you waited on the couch
∞ But to your surprise you head footsteps entering your home. Making you look over to see one of Inui's friends coming in. Instantly you're thinking of any excuse to use to leave. If Inui had to do something gang or work related that you didn't really want anything to do with it
∞ Without saying anything you just get up and walk to your shared bedroom and close the door. Inui's face dropped the moment he saw that happening
∞ With you not really knowing since you weren't in the same room, Inui was trying to hurry up the conversation. So he could get back to you
∞ When that's done he makes his way back to you and sits on the bed next to you before wrapping his arms around you and pulling you close
∞ "I'm sorry, it was just some work stuff. I keep telling them they need to call before hand, but they never listen" Inui sighs gently before kissing the side of your head
∞ With your eyes closed you nod against him before looking up at him. Happy that his friends didn't take him away for something when you two already had the day planned together
∞ "Hey, no frowns okay? I'm here." he reassures you and gives you the softest kiss ever.
∞ The rest of the day doing what ever the two of you wanted to do in your home and no one else. Just how you felt most comfortable.
