My Travels and My Realizations
The memories that I earn from traveling is something that I could treasure for the rest of my life.
One day when our body age or our eyes can’t see clearly to see stunning sceneries, sunrise and sunset, it will be hard for us to travel and explore the places that we dream of visiting. That’s why while I am still young and able, I am doing it now.
I know my priorities will definitely change when the time comes that I will be blessed to find my life partner, get married and have my family of my own. Or, if God's will in my life is single blessedness, I would definitely embrace it.
But as of now, going somewhere from a place that you’ve never been to or may be just a town away (doesn’t matter how near or far it is), just go out. Open yourself to the world of possibilities. Because I can honestly attest that exploring and seeing the world outside of my home changed the way I see it. It also changed my perspective in my life and it made me grow and appreciate the beauty in it. It also motivates me to do my work and strive hard for my future.
I know that traveling is a privilege that not everyone has. But it doesn’t always need to be an airplane away. For me, traveling makes my heart flutter and happier than buying a luxury item like bags from Prada or a nice pair of shoes from Balenciaga. I can say this based on my experience.
If I will count all the money I’ve spent from my travels, I know that it might be enough for me to buy another car or maybe a downpayment fee for a house and lot. But for me and if you are in my place, all the experiences even the ugly, stressful and the uncomfortable travel made me the person I am today. It was all part of getting to know myself, my life’s purpose and more knowledge of this world.
Memories, learnings, stories ---they are part of me now. Thank you so much my travel memories.
