1. Top 3 places you’ve visited or would like to visit? I haven’t gotten to travel very much, but montreal, vancouver, and california have been my favourite so far. 

2. Favourite Disney movie? Mulan, for sure.

3. Tea or Coffee? Coffee!

4. Are you an artsy person? I love playing music, making things, stuff like that, so I guess so! More artsy than athletic, that’s for sure.

5. Do you like candles? Which is your favourite smell? I love candles but sadly I react badly to a lot of smells and get migraines so I don’t get to use them too much! My faves are probably the fall ones, like pumpkin.

6. Favourite food from your home country? Ooh. Dessert wise it would be this thing called falooda, which tastes so good when mixed with ice cream. Actual food wise, this spicy chicken that my mom makes and naan.

7. Train or bus? Why? Bus is more convenient when travelling short distances between uni/home/etc, but train is nice to get downtown.

8. What is your favourite childhood memory? I think going to disneyland when I was seven, it was my first airplane ride and major vacation and was so much fun.

9. What is you favourite Harry Potter character? Remus Lupin and Hermione Granger.

10. Favourite tv show? Why? Castle, because it has likeable characters and nice storylines and a really well written OTP.

11. Ultimate favourite female character? Why? Choosing two because I can ;). Kate Beckett, because she’s gone through quite a bit yet has managed to come out stronger from it and now embraces life. Also Peggy Carter, because despite societal pressures and emotional wounds, she kicks ass.

aww no its fine!!! i only got told about it like 2 months ago its always nice to share things like that. honestly i never notice if i write things like that, bc in my head i’m writing it with the particular meaning and forgetting it has others lmao

first: i’ve just learnt a new meaning for rank, thank you haha second: marmite in pasta sauce WHAT and third: i think it’s one of those things that either you LOVE it or HATE it

oh my god i didn’t even notice i wrote that oops. 

no, you put in like a couple of teaspoons of it, then tomatoes/tomato paste and any herbs and it works like a treat bc it just brings out the tomato flavour somehow. but yeah thats literally been their tag line in all the ads for so long.

ugh even the smell just grosses me out. my mum on the other hand loves it and will have it on toast for her sunday breakfast, and laughs while waving it in my face. 

but according to my aunt its her secret ingredient in all her pasta sauces and it does work tbh.

duolingo can totally help in basic sentences and words (and if you need/want help, i offer to help!) i’m not a fan of spanish tv but there are some decent shows lol

as long as there is enough speech for me to pick up on basic conversation/grammar then the tv can be as terrible as it wants. ah thanks!!! i’ll probably need all the help i can get, i’ve always found spanish is spoken so quickly its super hard to pick up on individual words.

same. i hate when people live in a country for YEARS and refuse to speak the language like no, this country is literallyc giving you a home so the least you could do is just try. but yeah, you’ll pick up lots of things just by watching tv haha

so so true, my neighbours were actually planning on moving to france last year, but didn’t ‘bc they all spoke french’ like what did you even expect?? but i think a combo of duolingo and watching spanish tv will help.
