Remember when I did those 8 space marine chapters that were lesser known than your typical Black Templars and Imperial Fists? Well I was commissioned by a friend to draw 8 more marine chapters, but this time they came from his alternate universe re-telling of 40k that involved all new primary's. Each of these chapters descends from a unique legion within this universe.
Here is some additional context:
Hello people with links, he posted it early so this is not finished, but I saw your requests and felt bad. I work nights, but I’m hoping I c

Warhammer40k is a games workshop thingie.
Made in photoshop.
Pokemon evolution versus Digimon evolution, lol.
So, this is another one of these RP character evolution memes I did.
The first character is Purushotam, a dwarf who started out as a really poor guy with absolutely no special powers whatsoever. Because of this, he was really bullish on making the most out of every situation and reaping benefits wherever he could.
Purushotam eventually learned to transform into a dragon and hoarded a lot of money through various business initiatives. In the final arc, he was stuck in dragon form for a while and by the end of the campaign, refused to even try to transform back, preferring to stay as he was.
Gameplaywise, he sported a "burst" type of gameplay and would roll tons of dice a few times during the first turns of each battle before expending his powers and becoming much weaker. Because of that, players would say "let him cook" each time he was about to roll one of his mega-combos.
The second represents a rather curious transformation, which is actually due to the player changing characters. No connection between Lodrac (on the left) and Batzoik (on the right) truly existed in-game but this image is still quite amusing to look at.
Lodrac was a mass-produced lifeform who never quite managed to understand all the weird things happening around him. He was eventually abducted by a major antagonist and, because of his regeneration, used as a punching bag for to allow the antagonist to test various weapons.
Batzoik, on the other hand, was an orc born among nomads who were just starting to accept settled life. A former teacher at the most prestigious academy in a neighboring country's capital, Batzoik started out his quest in his 200s, joining the party on a long pilgrimage he had to embark on because of a past embarrassment.

40K OC Week: Wolf
Also for OC week, meet Wolf, Krieger who just narrowly missed a shell blowing up nearby and also rides a fucking War Unicorn. I know Kriegers are emotionless and silent and all but I suppose the whole point of OCs is that they have character.
