HMMM The original series only really had one good villain imo (King Piccolo/Piccolo), I’m I’m gonna go with...Cell. Frieza is fucking cool as hell, but Cell is just SUCH a bastard. I love him, he’s awful. Also, shout out to Vegeta for having an actual character arc that spans the entire show
