prison au with warden!dean who just needed a job and prisoner!cas who sold weed to pay the bills and got caught. warden!dean has a little bit of a bad streak and is instantly attracted to prisoner!cas who is just a little too innocent to be behind bars. dean flirts a little here and there while cas serves his sentence of a year and a half. they develop a weird friends-but-perhaps-lovers relationship while he's serving and the day cas gets out dean quits his job and decides to move back to kansas with cas as his roomate. of course they have a weird time where they transition from friends to roomates to lovers, but eventually they end up at a courthouse with sam and jess as witnesses as they kiss each other, so glad they can finally be together after so long.
