Part 5 and final.  We have the last of our Reaper Bones Miniatures with three of the most heroic - a mageknight, an elvish warrior and a paladin.  However we also have a treat in the form of Quetzali from Antimatter Games, from their Deepwars game.  I actually started painting her in June alongside the monsters (not that I think she’s villainous, purely that I was painting snake people and she has a snake...) however I wasn’t happy enough with her progress when I got to the end of the month.  So I decided to sit on her (not literally) and work on her a bit longer.  Here you can see the results of that decision.

Part 4 (and one more to come - downside to going for pairs when I should have painted some threes...).  This time we have gals vs guys in the form of a warrior, a dragon hunter, a ranger and some screaming guy with sideburns.

Our second batch from July.  If the last lot were questionable heroes, the first batch of ‘knights’ are treading an even finer line.  We have a Blood Knight, a Bone Knight and a Demon Knight (ok, to be fair assuming the demon is evil is tantamount to racism.  The look on his face makes me feel like he’s much more reasonable than the other two).  Then we have a couple of Elves, a shaman and a warrior.

Another month, another missed deadline.  I’ve actually been on hiatus for a bit, and left August’s entries in the capable hands of my friend Louie.  However what I failed to leave in his capable hands was the log ins for the Tumblr, and what with also forgetting to post July’s entry I’m afraid you’re probably all feeling a bit neglected.  Never fear, for I shall be bringing you back up to date.  First up we have twelve heroes from Reaper Miniature’s Bones line (this bunch may be on the questionable side of heroic however). We have a couple of female pirates with plenty o’ booty (no sexism intended), as well as some assassins and what can only be described as an executioner barbarian...

Well this month I didn’t quite make it.  Thanks to an unexpected day off work I was able to do a bit more work on it, however she’s still nowhere near finished.  The extensive conversion work I had planned took a lot longer than planned, and to be honest probably would have needed the month just to get that far!  However, here's what I've got so far - the remodelled Relic for Candy & Cola from Relic Knights.

So last time I posted I hinted that I would be making some werewolves this month... well, such is the life of the wargaming bumblebee, I changed my mind.  A group I’m a member of are doing a challenge to finish a Relic Knights model this month, and seeing as that’s what I’m attempting to do here each month any way I thought I’d try to do both.  This photo was taken last week, and I’m not even fully constructed yet... watch this space to see if I can catch up...
