After all weekend of feeling metaphorically sick to my stomach and anxious while visiting my homophobic Evangelistic Methodist father and step mom I have ended the weekend by getting food poisoning and getting literally sick in my car while driving home.

Irony.

So I was doing really well on this whole recovery nonsense, and then taking a shower this morning I managed to make myself throw up and cramp up badly enough that I had to call out of classes/work and go back to sleep. So, here we are, it's noon... I haven't eaten anything which means I haven't taken my meds, I'm out another day of pay from my job at the library, my abdomen is still cramping, I have no clue what I can stand to stomach right now, and I'm severely frustrated with myself.
