Have you ever known a version of yourself to exist in Diaclone, or any other Cymond universe?
Dear Equivalent Expert,
There are several there I've had the pleasure to observe and even encounter, usually very different from each other.
One I remember was the human, Doctor Viktor Ponomarenko, one of the directing overseers of the Diaclone Corps. He seeks to use Freezon to find a way to end the Waruder-Human wars peacefully.
In another reality, the Brave of Time Vectorion defends the timestream with his human friends and fellow Time Warriors: Sasoria, Jiyūsion, Damasoul and Kalton.
And, of course, there is the Hyper Agent by the name of Cosmo Vector—though I believe that in her human guise, she simply went by "Cosmo".
There is so much of that new Diaclone line now, I love it. What was once a nifty little revival experiment has branched out into all sorts of releases, culminating in this *fiftieth* numbered toy in the biggest, baddest mecha yet for the evil Waruders faction, the Waruderos. It’s a big ol’ splitting/transforming robo-kaiju, seemingly big enough to overpower Diaclone heavy-hitters like Big Powered itself (the price certainly indicates that). As usual I love the sheer amount of functionality in this thing, the way you can recombine it into different demonic dinosaurs or break off bits to become beastly battle bugs. And who knows what crazy crap you could get up to combining all this with other Diaclone and Waruder weapons you already have. If this is what TakaraTomy is diverting the lion’s share of their attention to now that they aren’t focusing full-time on Transformers Legends reworkings, more power to them.
Who do you think would win in a battle between Battle Convoy from the newly re-born Diaclone universe and our good old Optimus Prime from the G1 universe?
Dear Versus Viceroy,
Firstly, I must assume this to be a friendly exhibition match. I can scarcely imagine a scenario where the good men and women of Diaclone would be forced to deploy the Battle Convoy against Optimus Prime in battle. With this in mind, I believe Optimus would have his work cut out for him. The newest iteration of Battle Convoy has a number of physical advantages over its counterpart, including superior arms and transformation capabilities unlimited by the necessities for life.
However, ultimately Battle Convoy is merely a piloted suit. The sum total of Optimus Prime's battle experience far outweighs any normal human, and he is well versed in battle against foes far stronger than himself. If the Diaclone pilot was not able to finish the match quickly, I believe that Optimus would eventually find a weakness to exploit. Knowing him, I'm sure he would find the experience fascinating, and take it as proof of human ingenuity that we Cybertronians often find ourselves without. In turn, the Diaclone Project would no doubt relish the chance to receive combat data and advice that might assist in their battle with the Waruders.
Dear Vector Prime, have you ever visited a universe with two separate Autobots named Bluestreak and Silverstreak?
Dear Streak Separator,
Silverstreak was a socially awkward engineer, his propensity for ingenious solutions tempered by his inability to actually tell anyone about them. His twin brother Bluestreak wasn't much help in this regard, as he was usually busy tuning his weapons for his next Waruder extermination trip. Both often had to be minded by the cool-headed red-and-yellow Lamborghini-bot Trackdown.
