OH MY GOD. WE’RE SO NOT BACK OH MY GOD ITS ALL GOING DOWN

as glad as i am that grace isn’t immediately forgiving, its also SO PAINFUL . I THOUGHT WE JUST GOT DONE WITH ALL OF THAT . THE SLOW BURN IS SO SLOW IT IS MERELY A FLAME ON A MATCH, HOVERING OVER A PILE OF WOOD. THE YIKES-O-METER IS BUT MERE DUST

My First slow burn read ever btw. Now i finally understand. IS THIS HOW SLOW BURNS ARE USUALLY OR DID I GET UNLUCKY?? 😭

Dont be mistaken, the writing is captivating and beautiful and so is the storyline! Oof-ouch-yikes is a wonderful author.. maybe a bit too wonderful… oof! Ouch! Yyyyikes! That brick! It’s likely not even the most painful one yet!
