Hot shower this. Cold shower that.
Wrong!
Ideal way to shower is to start off hot, and gradually turn down the temp as you shower so you end on cold.

Known as the “caveman method" of skin care, ignoring your skin is hot on social media. Is it healthy?
Speaking as someone who has tried this, don’t. If your routine is too complicated, just use soap and water like you’re on a budget, or in the field.

Toxic Masculinity
We meet different types of characters in this show who are fighting with problems due to body image, drug use, mental health, etc. Usually in teen dramas we have different social groups that can distinguish all these characters into a category; well in this case not the jocks. The “jock” figure in this show is the football star Nate (Jacob Elordi), and in the beginning of his introduction we know he is a scary guy. In the article it states that Nate is “nearly running girls down in his car, threats of violence, bullying, describing his classmates as animals, and "teaching" his friends how to treat girls.”(ScreenRant). He is one of the worst toxic masculinity that is portrayed in the series and he is not seen as a sympathetic, loveable jock; he could possibly be dangerous in the future of the show.
