I’d say almost any gemstone that represents the water element could potentially have hydrokinesis!

We already know in the show that Lapis Lazuli can control water, but other gems that have this element include Aquamarine, Azurite, Moonstone, Pearl, Sodalite, Blue Calcite, Indicolite, Celestite and Blue Topaz! (x)
