The Evermore Grimoire: Elemental Powers
Hydrokinesis is the power to create, shape, and manipulate water. This includes inorganic compounds with liquid, gas (steam, water vapour), and solid (ice) states, as well changing them from one state to others. Those that wield this power can use water-related weather such as blizzards and rainstorms as a form of defence. They can also control water in all three of its physical forms and even manipulate the liquids inside another human's body to unleash gigantic tsunamis and tidal waves. Over time this power can grow to the point where the wielder can use this power to walk on water as well as create extremely durable water shields and huge solid constructs that obey them at will.
