Since I’ve been posting some old stuff, might as well keep it up.
Part 1 & 2 of an old Klance story comic thing I was doing, it was a whole water tribe/arranged marriage vibe going for it.

Phew! This took a good while, but I managed to get this all drawn up and coloured.
So, for a while now, an ATLA/Voltron idea had been poking me in the back of my brain with Pidge, born to the Earth Kingdom, as the avatar. Well, in the end, I got this drawn up.
No idea if/when I’d write this, but @hushman has been brainstorming with me on ideas.
I hope y’all enjoy it!
The Moon Shines Brighter At The North Pole
Pairing: Klance
Tags: ATLA AU, Firbender!Keith, Avatar!Keith, Waterbender!Lance, Strangers to Lovers, Fire Nation attack (additional tags will be added later to the story so please read those as well)
Summary: As the Avatar Keith has the responsibility to protect the world. In past lives, this meant helping people with their problems. For him, it means learning all elements as quickly as possible to stop the Fire Nation from taking over the world. There aren't many places left where people can live in peace but he is determined to do anything to protect the Northern Water Tribe from meeting the same fate as the captured cities.
Learning waterbending proves to be the most difficult of the four elements and Keith struggles to achieve even the smallest improvements. He would have continued to struggle if it weren't for a white-haired boy called Lance who declared himself his unofficial teacher and helped him figure things out.
The longer they stay at the north pole and the more time he spends with Lance, the more Keith realizes that he feels drawn to him in a way he has never experienced before. But the attack of the Fire Nation looms above them and he isn't sure he'll be able to protect the city even as the Avatar.

Waterbender Lance cause reasons
Lance ATLA Headcanon
Okay, so I have no idea where this thought suddenly came from but imagine Lance as a waterbender like in ATLA but instead of the traditional way of bending he kinda just does whatever.
He decided the traditional ways are boring and uses a fan to enhance his bending.
Yes, a fan.
As a waterbender.
Why not?
He likes looking fancy.
So instead of buying weapons or learning new moves he just collects all sorts of fans and his personal favorites are a big, red feather fan and one that he got from a shady street vendor and is a bright pink/white watermelon-patterned fan.
It was dirt cheap, has awful material and is in constant danger of just falling apart but he still uses it.
And it works.
No one knows how but it does.
I dunno, I just think Lance with a fan is such a funny concept. Like whenever he doesn’t wanna talk to someone or is done with a conversation he’d just say ‘talk to the fan’ and open one of them in the other’s face before walking away or just opening it and saying ‘can’t hear you’.
Like everyone would be so confused why a waterbender uses a fan and Lance being Lance just does his thing.
I honestly really like this idea.
Voltron: Avatar the Last Airbender/Legend of Korra AU
Avatar! Lance
Corrupted! Lance
Oblivious! Lance
Avatar Lance of the Southern Water Tribe was taken away from his family at the age of four (4) by the Fire Nation (Galra Empire). He had already understood the basics of Water, Earth, and Fire at this point and was about to learn the basics of Air when the Fire Nation attacked his village. All children were separated from their families, and one at a time, children younger than six (6) were taken into a separate room with Sages (Druids) in them. There they choose toys to play with, none of which choose objects of the Avatar, until Lance. He was one of the last children to go, as his family did everything to keep him hidden from the Fire Nation. Upon choosing the four objects that represented the four elements, the Druids asked him to perform some bending. There he showed them water wall, earth column, and fire circle. From then on, Lance was taken from his family.
In order to convince him to go to the Fire Nation, the Druids threatened his family and village with his life, if they did not convince him to go with them. In the end, the village complied with the Fire Nation and convinced Lance that if he went with them, he would learn more techniques and learn the element of Air. Excited, Lance went with the firebenders and to the Fire Nation Capital where he was introduced to the witch Haggar. There he was able to learn of Air, and many more techniques, but while he thought the techniques that he was learning were normal, but it was quite the opposite. While he was taught pacifistic techniques, Haggar introduced him to Bloodbending and Plantbending; Lavabending and Seismic sense; Lightningbending; and Hypersensitivity and Spiritual projection.
Lance is able to meet his family twice every year, once in the Winter months and once in the Summer months. Just like the Olkari, the Southern Water Tribe is being threatened with the life of one of their own, however, unlike the Olkari, they know that Lance is being treated well, but in order to keep that going, they must give their services to the Fire Nation. They must heal injured soldiers, be the first line of defense when the moon is up, and never fight against the Fire Nation. If not, face the destruction of their people and the death of an innocent life that was stolen from them.
Lance is oblivious to any bad doings of the Fire Nation, he was told by Haggar that they were in the right, the other nations just decided to turn against them for no apparent reason. Lance believing this, does anything and everything that Fire Lord Zarkon commands of him.
Since the age of four, Lance has been corrupted by the Fire Nation, constantly told that he has to be perfect, that he must bring peace upon the nations by using force. If a nation does not comply with the Fire Nation, Lance has every right to use force if necessary. The Druids keep him from the temples, and away from anything that could possibly trigger his Avatar state, they believe it to be the only thing that can take him away from them and open his eyes to the truth that they kept from him.
