I drink a lot water at school, but got out of the habit during break. Two days of stress = three days of headaches inspired me to be careful about drinking again. Time to start the water gallon challenge! Here’s day one selfie, no make-up. My skin isn’t a major issue for me, so I don’t know how much of a difference this’ll make, but I wanted to keep a visual record.
