Here is my #vulnerable 👱 moment: I'm also so consumed by doing what I love 👉💎👈 that I often forget to take of myself...time to change that. I've been to #spinclass✌twice this week (so far), and after sleeping two (yes...2) hours last night after a restless night of tossing and turning, I woke up this morning 🌞 and made #jewelry from 7am-7pm with a few breaks and #dog walks in between... (Thank God for 🐶🐶 #furbabies). Tonight, I slathered my favorite @ahava #DeadSea 🌊 mineral mud all over, (as well as the mineral #mudmask) and transported myself back to Israel 🛫 for a bit. Afterwards...I did my newest obsession. I brushed my teeth 😆 and used my new #waterpick.
