I need weird shite to do to stop my mind from imploding.
Currently tried: Boxing, jogging, messing around with chains, designing badges, songwriting, reading vampire books, learning false-cord screams, and journaling.
Suggestions will be appreciated

Jammed a salamander plushie down my pyjama bottoms for art reference (it worked).
I'm travelling again, will return Monday! I'll be sad to miss all the Valentine's Day art from my favourite artists, but I'm sure you people won't chew it all up like chocolates before I get back (right?)
Happy Valentine's to all friends in advance! Sending Daroga Cat to you all, FEEL LOVED ♡

I learned French as a fourth language, and once in class, we were making sentences using the word comme. I was called on to share my sentence, which happened to be mon ami.e est comme un vampire (which I meant as a compliment that applies to certain mutuals potentially reading this) to which the instructor said, "Yeah, we all have friends like that! People like parasites who drain us of our energy."
And I was left to wonder with some bewilderment whether, in the mind of a modern normie, Colin Robinson has dethroned Edward Cullen as the go-to, off-the-top-of-your-head vampire.
Hi!
I know I've already been on haitus for a while, but well, I'll be even more haitus for the next week because I'll be travelling.
I've been having a hard time drawing anything. It's not that I have any difficulties that I can pinpoint. It just never seemed to happen. And it kept not happening.
I've been working on a new writing project, I want to say it sucks, but to be fair, it's just not what I usually like to write or even to read, so I won't insult it yet. It deserves it, though. It includes someone sucking on a raw steak. And a ferris wheel. And sad things because of course.
Anyway, enjoy this doodle that hopefully I'll find the heart to finish after next week!
Ok, so, a while ago, I mentioned that I wrote a song about Freddy Krueger
... it's spiralling out of control. I've now written 20 or so songs and am having a great time, BUT.
I'm mildly irrationally pissed that I'll have to wait many years before I could make anything of them because A) I need to actually learn an instrument, and B) I'll need to go to a place where I have the chance of meeting people to form a band with.
Sometimes it really sucks to want to take your hobbies to the "next level."
Time feels very wrong in the past... oh no it's been a month!?
I think there's something wrong with time, but I can't prove it.
If you don't hear from me, I am probably wandering around somewhere two weeks from now, looking vaguely horrified and muttering, "Wasn't it May last week?"
A frustrating thing about writing novels is that I feel like a pretentious pestilence.
When I tell people I'm writing, they always act like it's a cool thing to do, and I feel bad that I have nothing to show from it, especially when I want to justify pouring time and effort into it. Or just want to explain what I'm doing.
I mean, I love writing, and I'm proud of what I've written, but it would be nice to have SOMETHING to show from it!
