Meeting

(The whole experience)

I get out of the car, walking towards the cinema I spot Ciara arrived at the same time we did I see her walking towards the cinema as well and as she walks closer I look at her and I recognize her she’s like hi lol and I just look at her in this surreal like state absolutely frozen for a second and she sees that and smiles like she knows I recognized her and I just hop run whatever up to her with open arms and we give eachother a hug I could literally feel my hands against her bare skin slightly below her neck on her back it was crazy even getting to be in the same city as Ciara let alone having zero inches between us 😭. She went “you came as del!” So that was great she recognized the outfit. So We start walking together towards the cinema

“Oh I actually made something for you!” I told her as I’m digging into my bag to grab her fanart

Ciara: “For me?”

I handed it to her she was really happy about it she says they were beautiful and stuff we walked into the cinema and she shows this lady the art I assume it was a friend of hers that she knows. Just showing it off to everyone lol.

I was genuinely shocked at how short and youthful she looked lol you could have told me she was 16 and I would have believed you..It’s absolutely insane to me that she’s 28 years old😭

I went with my dad up to the register to order a blueberry slushie it was yummy! shortly after I did, Ciara went up to the register as well with a friend. I’m pretty sure she knew just how much I was rly glancing over at her I was just so .. shook.

As im behind Shawn Simmons in the room he sees me and asks if I’m a Wayne fan LOL I of course show him my jacket and the patch as I turn around to show him lol. We start talking and stuff I’m like “oh by the way Curtis says hi!” (My online friend who is followed by Shawn on Instagram) and Shawn’s like “omg that’s so funny how do you know him?” And I’m just like oh we’re online friends! We start a conversation about his plan to do the WAYNE festival in the next few months and how he wants to play a few episodes of it during the festival. I’m just like yeah post it on ur story when the time comes so I know the info and he’s like yeah ofc and stuff etc !

Anyway, a bit later my dad I walk into the theatre room where the big screen is yk etc and I see Ciara sitting down and I’m so hesitant about where to sit because I wanna be close to her but not in a way that’s creepy close lmfao so Im just a few rows back behind her and I see her just staring at my art, girl was studying that shit🗿

A bit after the movie and Q&A we all walk back out into the cinema lobby and Ciara is a few steps behind me. I’m just like omg she can probably see my Wayne patch right now 🧍‍♀️I was just freaking out inside, don’t judge me. So we are back in the lobby I walk up to Ciara and ask her like “hey do you think I could get a picture with you and Shawn and everyone?” She goes yeah of course so I try looking for everyone and I see Shawn and Mike are sitting at the table, signing posters with Karl grusman.

Shawn signs a bunch of posters rly fast and has them in a pile “I signed a bunch” he says to Karl so Karl can sign the ‘bunch’ cuz you know everyone wants to have all the members autographs so yeah it worked!

Shortly after, I at least manage to get some of the members together (Ciara and Shawn) So we take the picture and as I walk over next to Ciara for the pic I think like I slammed something against the wall and it makes a noise lol and me and Ciara just sort of laugh it off together and then pose for the pic!

After that I’m just like.. where is Mike and Karl I wanna get a pic with them too 😭 so I spot them both and ask like hey do you think I could get a picture and they’re like yeah ! So Mike and Karl walk up to the area we were in and Shawn joins in and I see Ciara just kinda standing there so I ask her if she’d like to join in and stuff and she’s kinda hesitant at first lol like she doesn’t wanna intrude but she eventually accepts the offer, I remember lol my dad was wearing this shirt that said “worlds coolest dad” and Mike points it out to everyone “hey!!! worlds greatest dad!!” And my dad just explains how he bought it for himself☹️😭 it was just a funny moment.

Sadly after all that it was time to go homeeee 💔

But it was a fun experience and I can’t wait to see them all again soon at Waynefest

Did the cast realize your shirt was Del’s? Please tell me they did

LOL yes She said “you came as del!” 😭we met in the parking lot we arrived at the same time to the cinema and we were walking and the minute i recognized her i was like 🧍‍♀️😲 and she smiled 😭😭 and we HUGGGEDDDDD and walked in together, talked here and there
