Day one. Again.
Starting over. Tomorrow will be 30 min at the gym for cardio, plus I’ll be starting Way of Gray workouts. STG: five pounds down. Some core definition. 5 mi w/o breaks.
I can do this.
The start of new beginnings.
Day 1 I’ve downloaded the ‘Way of Gray’ lifestyle bundle and I did my first workout yesterday. I managed 95% of it, but I just could not handle the plank positions or the one leg supported bridge. No strength what so ever! But it got done, and it got completed. My weight yesterday was 20st 11lbs, weighed myself today and it’s 20st 8lbs. I don’t understand how my weight can fluctuate so very much in one day! I understand it changes day to day but it’s changed by 8lbs in one day before, but then it shoots straight back up. I’m also doing a bootea restock for 2 weeks and am taking fat metabolisers from Holland and Barrat. Wish me luck! H xxx
